What You’ll Do
- Submit and process third-party payor claims (primary and secondary) to maximize accurate, timely billing
- Safeguard compliance and quality assurance in all billing tasks
- Monitor and resolve incomplete or outstanding work within assigned responsibilities
- Escalate noncompliance or recurring issues appropriately
- Research payor policies, utilize electronic submission tools, and apply best practices to secure payment
- Contribute toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue cycle goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior physician office or infusion drug billing experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently
- Proficiency with multiple billing and accounts receivable software systems
