As a Billing Specialist, you are part of a Billing team that is focused on delighting our customers.

Objectives

• Responds in a timely and professional manner to all customer billing questions
• Provides support to sales and customer support teams by solving billing and provisioning issues
• Ensures accurate orders, invoices, and payments are processed in a timely manner

• Proactively improves best practices for dunning and billing disputes
• Supports fellow billing team members to complete month end close duties
• Creates, develops, and reviews billing documentation and processes

• Engage, empathize, and listen to understand customer needs
• Craft high levels of customer engagement and delight – for the purpose of fostering customer loyalty

Requirements

• Familiar with Excel and comfortable creating and reviewing spreadsheets
• Team-player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Teachable, fast learner with a positive attitude
• Billing experience (Salesforce Billing a bonus)
• Experience in technology or SAAS industry
