As a Billing Specialist, you are part of a Billing team that is focused on delighting our customers.
Objectives
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to all customer billing questions
- Provides support to sales and customer support teams by solving billing and provisioning issues
- Ensures accurate orders, invoices, and payments are processed in a timely manner
- Proactively improves best practices for dunning and billing disputes
- Supports fellow billing team members to complete month end close duties
- Creates, develops, and reviews billing documentation and processes
- Engage, empathize, and listen to understand customer needs
- Craft high levels of customer engagement and delight – for the purpose of fostering customer loyalty

- Familiar with Excel and comfortable creating and reviewing spreadsheets

- Billing experience (Salesforce Billing a bonus)
- Experience in technology or SAAS industry
