Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
  • Training provided; insurance billing knowledge is a plus

What You’ll Do

  • Answer heavy call volumes in a remote call center environment
  • Respond to patient billing questions with empathy and professionalism
  • Forward calls to appropriate billing departments as needed
  • Resolve customer issues while following client rules and expectations
  • Follow through on requests via phone, email, or fax

What You Need

  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Some knowledge of insurance billing preferred (training provided)
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking ability
  • Dependability and punctuality a must
