OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can be successful in both day-to-day processing and ad-hoc analysis/discovery activities to join our growing team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both with internal stakeholders as well as be the first line of contact with our customers. In addition, the role requires heavy use of functions and formulas within Excel

ABOUT THE JOB

Produce monthly invoice calculations for B2B partner
Generate monthly invoices to partners
Review new and existing contracts to determine billing structure
Ad hoc reconciliations of customer billing/invoices
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing disputes and/or discrepancies
Partner with our Business Development team to address any and all customer contract changes
Maintain customer data in applicable systems(Salesforce, Oracle etc.)
Work cross functionally with other department internally
Assist with audit requests and ad hoc projects assigned by your manager
ABOUT YOU

2-3 years of professional accounting experience with a focus in Quote to Cash operations required
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Strong Excel skills required
Detail-oriented, with strong financial knowledge
Excellent written and verbal skills required with a focus on customer support
