HALO is hiring a Billing Coordinator II to support accurate, timely billing processes while working with Account Executives, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (Central Time hours)
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Review and resolve pricing discrepancies between customer orders and vendor invoices
- Maintain consistency by ensuring 90% of invoicing occurs within 0–14 days
- Communicate with Account Executives and customers to resolve billing issues
- Serve as a direct point of contact for billing inquiries
- Review freight charges and make adjustments as needed
- Independently manage order holds and release workflows
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and reporting documents
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and exceptions
What You Need
- 2+ years in Billing, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable (B2B or B2C)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with NetSuite and SharePoint preferred
- Typing 40 WPM and 10-key 8,000 KPM
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively
- Positive, professional demeanor with customer service orientation
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with sales teams or customers in billing/finance
- Knowledge of sales order processes and commission structures
- Experience in freight billing and identifying process improvements
