- Comprehensive understanding of necessary elements of appeal process
- Comprehensive understanding of Insurance Remittance Advice processing rules
- Comprehensive knowledge of billing process in order to correctly identify, assess, and research inconsistencies
- Understand their role and impact they have in the departmental team; including exhibiting positive attitudes, willingness to help wherever asked, staying focused and on task to the matter at hand, and being part of the success of your team
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in insurance billing and collections in a private, public, government or military environment

The expected compensation range for this position is $45,027 – $55,033, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
