Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Standard office hours with opportunities for overtime depending on workflow
- Collaborative role with billing, collections, and customer service teams
Responsibilities
- Review order setups to ensure billing accuracy and reimbursement eligibility
- Process daily order reviews for billing compliance
- Conduct follow-up and collections activities on assigned accounts to reduce outstanding balances and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Submit appeals and recommend account adjustments, refunds, or write-offs as needed
- Resolve billing holds by coordinating with order processors
- Inquire with payers on outstanding receivables and maintain accurate account documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of billing, collections, or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting team goals

- Pay range: $17.47 – $22.71 per hour (based on skills, experience, and location)
