Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a new full-time Billing Clerk position.
In this role, you will work closely with Liberty Healthcare’s Business Manager and be responsible for:
- Collecting, reviewing, organizing, preparing, distributing and processing a wide array of documents
- Working within various computer databases and systems
- Communicating with staff by phone, video and email
- Organizing receipts and processing expense reports
- Organizing and processing invoices
- Processing employee timecards
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in the role of Billing Clerk, you can expect:
- $17.79 per hour (approximately $37,000 annually)
- 30 days of paid time off annually (includes holiday, vacation, sick and personal leave)

This is a virtual role which will allow you to work remotely from your home.
You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
- Outstanding computer and data entry skills
- Experience in a similar clerical role related to bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, finance, etc.
- High level of proficiency with computer databases as well as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Self-motivated and able to work well autonomously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
This position supports the staff and leadership of the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services program.
