Schedule
- Full-time, remote or hybrid flexibility

Responsibilities
- Review, allocate, and reconcile premium payments for Benefits Division Policies
- Identify calculation discrepancies and resolve premium variances
- Perform banking functions and reconcile daily reports
- Support premium analysts by gathering information, allocating premium, and maintaining group file documentation
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders by phone and email
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure daily workload supports same-day turnaround
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to handle reconciliations, research, and resolve variances
- Basic knowledge of accounting tasks and policy contracts
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet service-level agreements
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with premium processing or billing in insurance/financial services
- Comfort working with multiple internal systems and databases
Compensation
- Hourly range: $22.00 – $29.98
- Eligible for annual bonus program
