Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based contract role
- At least 20 hours per week
- Client-facing with daily communication required
What You’ll Do
- Track billable and payable hours with precision
- Collect, organize, and process expenses and expense reports
- Review financial statements for inconsistencies or errors
- Create invoices and billing materials for clients
- Input and update payment histories and financial data
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to resolve billing issues
- Notify clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines
- Calculate and track financial statements for accuracy
- Provide additional billing support as needed
What You Need
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of billing or administrative support experience
- 2+ years of full-time virtual work experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial management and high-volume data tracking
- Proficiency with accounting tools, CRMs, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management platforms
