Your impact.
- Generate comprehensive, accurate, and timely monthly billing for both new and existing customers under contractual agreements
- Receive and process payments on customer accounts
- Address invoice issues, reconciling financial data, and maintaining client invoicing portals
- Support in the preparation of invoices for new customers and help generate invoices for existing customers under current contracts
- Maintain accurate invoicing statistics
- Provide financial information and problem solve while adhering to established policies and procedures
- Create an emphasis on customer experience with error free billing and quick turnaround resolving discrepancies
- Notify and make recommendations to the manager for issues that arise or opportunities for improvement
Your experience.
- Experience in the technical aspects of billing and collections required
- Proficiency in Google and MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (Quickbooks online)
- An eye for the details and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple work streams
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- A champion for data accuracy and quality for the Accounting team
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
