The Bill Pay Specialist is responsible for payment processing-related tasks to support Corcentric clients.
Responsibilities
- Process virtual card transactions on behalf of client base
- Define virtual card processing instructions for suppliers
- Maximize payment processing opportunities for clients
- Follow up with suppliers that have outstanding payments that need processing
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC software (Word and Excel)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Internet technology
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Customer Support experience
