The Bill Pay Specialist is responsible for payment processing-related tasks to support Corcentric clients.

Responsibilities

• Process virtual card transactions on behalf of client base
• Define virtual card processing instructions for suppliers
• Maximize payment processing opportunities for clients
• Follow up with suppliers that have outstanding payments that need processing
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC software (Word and Excel)
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Internet technology
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Customer Support experience
