Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Overnight shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
- Must reside in: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, VA, or Washington, D.C.
What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual, evidence-based care for Oscar members.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice leads on complex cases.
- Manage follow-ups on labs, imaging, and patient communications.
- Utilize remote diagnostics, monitoring tools, and virtual exam technology.
- Work with a care team including RNs, MAs, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
- Participate in care huddles, case conferences, and team meetings.
- Provide input to improve workflows and patient experience.
What You Need
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
- Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
- Compact RN license (if APRN).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 3+ years of urgent care experience.
- 2+ years of virtual care delivery.
- Licenses in GA, TX, and FL.
