Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST (specific shift assigned after training)
- Paid 12-week training period: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate and thorough information to members, providers, and internal teams in both English and Spanish
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, managing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Document all call details according to departmental and compliance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior customer service experience; career progression a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work from a quiet, secure home workspace with high-speed internet
- Willingness to complete a 60–90 minute competency assessment on a computer
- Strong attendance and reliability
