Schedule
- Fully remote, US-based
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
- 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance)
- All equipment provided
- Required computer-based assessments after you apply
What You’ll Do
- Make an average of ~50 outbound calls per hour with an auto-dialer; handle limited inbound calls
- Use approved scripts and rebuttals to explain evaluations and book appointments with licensed providers
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and reschedule or cancel as needed
- Work across multiple systems to confirm details and finalize appointments
- Hit daily targets for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and escalate member complaints quickly
- Join peer coaching and be available for overtime when business needs it
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- Drive to succeed in a results-focused outbound call center; sales experience preferred
- Clear, friendly communication and steady multitasking across multiple tabs and tools
- Able to follow a fixed schedule, take feedback, and protect member privacy
- Authorized to work in the US; pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screen
- Home office: quiet, distraction-free space; wired high-speed internet (min 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download, ≤100 ms latency). No satellite, cellular, hotspot, or Wi-Fi-only setups
