About Senture
Senture provides premium inbound and outbound customer care services to federal, state, and commercial accounts. Our Member Engagement team helps members prioritize their health by scheduling free in-home or virtual evaluations with licensed providers.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote, work-from-home position
- Call center hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM EST
- Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
- Some overtime may be required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system
- Use approved scripts to explain the purpose and benefits of free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Overcome objections with prepared rebuttals while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel member appointments as needed
- Accurately update records across multiple systems
- Achieve daily performance goals, including calls, appointments, handle time, and productivity
- Comply with HIPAA guidelines to protect member information
- Participate in peer coaching and team improvement efforts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and conversation)
- 1+ years of call center or outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to meet incentive-based goals
- Comfortable working with auto-dialers and high-volume calls
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive manner
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems
- Reliable high-speed wired internet (20mbps upload / 5mbps download, latency ≤100ms) — Wi-Fi, satellite, and hotspots not allowed
- Quiet, secure home workspace
- Must pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
Compensation & Incentives
- Base pay: $13/hour
- Incentive plan available beginning the first of the month after training completion
- Earn up to $1,125 per month in incentives based on hours worked and appointments-per-hour goals
- Equivalent to an additional $7/hour in potential pay
