About Senture
Senture provides premium inbound and outbound customer support for federal, state, and commercial accounts. Our Member Engagement team is dedicated to helping members prioritize their health by scheduling free in-home or virtual evaluations.
Schedule & Training
- Call center hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST; Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Fixed schedule required; overtime as needed
- Two weeks of paid mandatory training (100% attendance required)
Compensation
- Base pay: $13/hr
- Pay increases with tenure
- Incentive plan: earn up to $1,125/month (~+$7/hr) for top performers
Responsibilities
- Make ~50 outbound calls/hour using an auto-dialer (≈85% outbound / 15% inbound)
- Offer, explain, and schedule free health evaluations
- Use pre-approved scripts; navigate objections with effective rebuttals
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments across multiple systems
- Meet daily performance goals (appointments, calls, handle time, productivity)
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and document accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- Previous high-volume call center experience preferred
- Sales aptitude with strong objection-handling skills
- Computer proficiency; able to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Provide two valid IDs and proof of education at onboarding
Work From Home Requirements
- Wired/cabled internet only: minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload / latency ≤100ms
- Hotspots, Wi-Fi, or satellite internet not permitted
- Quiet, secure workspace (furniture provided by employee)
