Schedule

  • Fully remote, work from home (equipment provided)
  • 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
  • Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an auto dialer (about 85% outbound, 15% inbound) to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
  • Use approved scripts to clearly explain the evaluation and answer member questions in Spanish and English
  • Overcome objections using rebuttals and confidently communicate value without being pushy
  • Schedule providers and manage appointments across multiple systems (reschedule/cancel as needed)
  • Meet daily performance metrics for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
  • Stay compliant with HIPAA and escalate member complaints to supervisors when needed
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as required

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and conversation) and English
  • Comfort working in a results-driven outbound call center environment
  • Strong sales aptitude and motivation to earn monthly incentives
  • Excellent communication skills (friendly, clear, conversational)
  • Ability to follow a fixed daily schedule, accept feedback, and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to use multiple systems at once (auto dialer and high-volume call center experience is a plus)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
  • Ability to provide two valid in-date IDs and proof of education during onboarding
  • Reliable wired internet (no satellite/cellular/hotspot/Wi-Fi): 20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100 ms
  • Quiet, secure workspace free of distractions (you provide the furniture)
