Schedule
- Remote / work-from-home position (Texas and Arizona residents only)
- Paid training begins Wednesday, October 15, 2025
- Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm PST
- Company-issued equipment provided
- Must meet home internet requirements (hard-wired, 25 mbps download / 20 mbps upload minimum)
- Cameras required to remain on during training sessions
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound customer calls regarding claims with professionalism and empathy
- Use scripts, guides, and training to provide accurate answers and resolve inquiries
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system
- Schedule appointments using the designated tool when needed
- Verify eligibility for programs using official resources
- Stay current on claims procedures and follow compliance requirements
What You Need
- High School diploma required
- Spanish/English fluency (written and spoken)
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy in customer interactions
- Clear communication and documentation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating online tools
- Ability to work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment
