Schedule
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- 100% Remote (with option to work on-site in Knoxville, TN if preferred)

What You’ll Do
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer support via phone
- Assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries
- Research and resolve discrepancies or account issues
- Update insurance information and rebill claims when needed
- Generate and send itemized statements or claims
- Set up and manage patient payment plans
- Accurately document all interactions in the system
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills
- Ability to multitask (speak, listen, and type simultaneously)
- Comfort with Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus
