- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
- 100% remote (US-based)
What You’ll Do
- Answer and triage incoming patient calls, app messages, and referrals
- Act as second line of support for new patient inquiries
- Check and respond to voicemail and after-hours messages
- Schedule patient appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations
- Support rescheduling when providers are unavailable
- Manage central communications intake across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Need
- 2+ years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfort working in fast-paced, patient-focused environments
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
