Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from patients
- Serve as overflow support for multiple practices
- Act as second-line contact for new patient calls
- Handle incoming calls from external providers and referral requests
- Check and respond to voicemails and after-hours messages
- Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows/cancellations
- Support schedule adjustments when providers are out
- Work through appointment ticklers and central communications intake
- Collaborate with practice staff to maintain smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of medical receptionist or customer service experience
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
