Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Must be available Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Supports multiple busy practices as overflow coverage

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and triage inbound calls and app messages from current patients across multiple practices
  • Serve as second-line support for new patient calls and coordinate intake needs
  • Respond to voicemails and after-hours messages promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments from inbound requests and manage “ticklers” and follow-up workflows
  • Handle no-show and cancellation outreach to keep schedules accurate and full
  • Assist with schedule reshuffles when providers are out and appointments need rebooking
  • Communicate with external stakeholders (referrals, provider offices) and support referral requests
  • Provide central communication intake and follow-up through multiple channels
  • Pitch in on other operational tasks as needed to keep the patient experience smooth

What You Need

  • 2+ years of medical receptionist experience or customer service experience and/or training
  • Bilingual communication skills (role is listed as bilingual)
  • Strong phone presence, clear written communication, and a patient-first mindset
  • Ability to solve practical problems with empathy, creativity, and professionalism
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
