About Pair Team
Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to healthcare. Through partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and community-based organizations, Pair Team provides wraparound clinical services and trains staff as Community Health Workers. Their proprietary Arc platform powers care coordination, ensuring high-need Medicaid patients receive timely, effective care.
Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.-based)
- Must be able to work PST hours
- Monday–Friday schedule
What You’ll Do
- Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals for timely appointments.
- Schedule PCP and specialist visits, verify insurance, and manage prior authorization needs.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and manage Release of Information requests.
- Support non-urgent patient follow-up and information collection.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, plans, and the care team.
What You Need
- 1+ years of healthcare operations or backend support experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
- Technical proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Looker, and other tools.
- HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet.
- Reliable, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
