- 100% Remote
- Flexibility required across multiple shift blocks, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends (EST ±2 hrs)
What You’ll Do
- Handle pharmacy benefit inquiries from members and providers via phone and written correspondence
- Review and resolve claims issues, provide guidance on utilization management, and support network pharmacies
- Accurately document interactions using internal call tracking systems
- Advocate for customers by solving problems and delivering clarity
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and service-focused environment
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in a health plan, TPA, or PBM call center environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with change, complexity, and high standards
