Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Flexible schedule blocks may include:
    • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (+/- 2 hours)
    • 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST (+/- 2 hours)
    • 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM EST (+/- 2 hours)
    • Weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Handle calls and correspondence about pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
  • Clearly document issues and resolutions in call tracking systems
  • Assist network pharmacies with processing prescription claims and reviewing for accuracy
  • Advocate for customers, follow through on resolutions, and provide professional support
  • Collaborate across teams in a respectful, team-oriented environment

What You Need

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, empathetic, and an effective problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize in fast-changing environments
