This role is a mix of pharmacy operations, member outreach, and coordination. You’re basically the glue between members, pharmacies, and providers so medication changes actually happen and don’t fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with Clinical Pharmacy and Operations teams to support member care
- Build relationships with providers, medical directors, and network contacts for issue escalation
- Contact providers to coordinate testing, appointments, refills, and renewals
- Help members understand and navigate Devoted Health benefits
- Provide appointment and refill reminders
- Answer pharmacy-related questions and escalate clinical concerns when needed
- Help members enroll in financial assistance and clinical programs
- Support special projects tied to clinical pharmacy operations
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- 3+ years experience in a healthcare setting (pharmacy is a plus)
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician strongly preferred
- Experience with Medicare Part D operations (help desk, utilization management, formulary, etc.)
- Pharmacy-related QA experience strongly preferred (examples: med rec after discharge, refill program coordination)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle priorities
- Comfortable speaking with physicians, pharmacies, and patients
- Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment

Salary
