What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and collaborate with the broader pharmacy team to support member care
- Build working relationships with providers, medical directors, and network contacts for escalations
- Contact providers to coordinate testing, appointments, and prescription refills or renewals
- Help members navigate Devoted benefits
- Provide appointment and refill reminders
- Answer pharmacy-related questions and escalate clinical issues appropriately
- Assist members with enrollment in financial assistance and clinical programs
- Support special projects as needed
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- 3+ years in a healthcare setting (pharmacy experience is a plus)
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Medicare Part D operations (help desk, UM, formulary, etc.)
- Pharmacy-related QA experience strongly preferred (med rec after discharge, refill coordination programs, etc.)
- Organized, detail-driven, adaptable, team-oriented
- Comfortable talking with physicians, pharmacies, and patients
- Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
