Compensation & Benefits
- $22/hour + completion bonus

What You’ll Do
- Review inbound patient requests and conduct 120–150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer
- Speak with 70–80 patients per day, scheduling an average of 14 appointments
- Introduce Sprinter Health services with compassion, building trust and motivating patients to book visits
- Educate patients on the benefits of receiving in-home care from Sprinter Health clinicians
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate patient concerns as needed
- Ensure professional communication across phone, email, and chat channels
What You Need
- Fluency in Spanish (speak, read, write)
- Residence in Eastern Time Zone
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1+ year in healthcare
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare software
- Strong multitasking, listening, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Five9, Zendesk, and Mac systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and delivering excellent service
Preferred
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
