What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to educate patients and guide them through enrollment
- Meet and exceed enrollment and conversion goals
- Build trust and provide clear information about services and support available
- Handle inbound calls from interested members
- Document outreach activity accurately and in real time
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups as needed
- Collaborate with care and community partners to ensure smooth onboarding
- Leverage tools, training, and coaching to continually improve results
What You Need
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working toward call, enrollment, and conversion goals
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage workflow independently
- Reliable internet and private workspace
- Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CT
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare enrollment or outreach
- Background in a fast-paced startup or call-driven environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and refining evolving processes
Compensation
- Base salary: $45,000–$55,000
- Uncapped monthly performance bonus
- On-target earnings: $70,000–$100,000
