What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to educate and enroll patients in Pomelo Care’s programs.
- Build trust and empathy while explaining available clinical and social resources.
- Meet or exceed enrollment goals and performance metrics.
- Accurately document all outreach and maintain detailed call records.
- Collaborate with providers, community partners, and internal teams to support patient care.
- Handle occasional inbound calls and assist with scheduling and follow-up.
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
- Ability to work occasional overtime as needed.
Preferred
- Experience in outreach, enrollment, or healthcare engagement.
- Prior work in a fast-paced startup or telehealth setting.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and multitask effectively.

- Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 with uncapped monthly performance bonuses (OTE $70,000 – $100,000).
