What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to introduce Vida’s free program using rapport-building and motivational interviewing
- Take inbound calls to enroll members, conduct assessments, and assist with health goals or app navigation
- Respond to member inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
- Promote Vida’s services tailored to each member’s needs and health journey
- Accurately document all interactions per HIPAA-compliant standards
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and follow up for resolution
- Support service improvement projects, including training updates and team collaborations
- Meet performance targets related to call volume, quality, and responsiveness
What You Need
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Bilingual: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Comfort using CRM and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment
