Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to introduce Vida’s free program using rapport-building and motivational interviewing
  • Take inbound calls to enroll members, conduct assessments, and assist with health goals or app navigation
  • Respond to member inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
  • Promote Vida’s services tailored to each member’s needs and health journey
  • Accurately document all interactions per HIPAA-compliant standards
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and follow up for resolution
  • Support service improvement projects, including training updates and team collaborations
  • Meet performance targets related to call volume, quality, and responsiveness

What You Need

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Comfort using CRM and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment
