Schedule

  • Full-time, non-exempt hourly
  • Remote within the United States
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to introduce members to Vida’s free program and explain enrollment benefits
  • Handle inbound calls to answer questions, assist with app navigation, and support program enrollment based on health goals
  • Deliver exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy while maintaining HIPAA compliance

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2–3 years in customer service or call center roles, ideally healthcare related
  • Fluent in verbal/written English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Comfort with CRM and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment
