Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Pay range: $15–$18 per hour
- Fully remote role
Responsibilities
- Recover medical debt while upholding professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of assigned account inventory
- Adhere to all company policies as well as state and federal regulations
- Maintain acceptable productivity levels on all assigned accounts
- Work full 8-hour shifts on an auto dialer, making and receiving continuous calls
- Document collection activity, organize accounts, and respond to inquiries promptly
- Maximize productivity in recovering delinquent accounts
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to verbal and written communication
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients in Spanish
- Prior collections or healthcare experience preferred

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
