Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote position
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Pay: $17.50/hour
Responsibilities
- Recover medical debt while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service
- Manage and prioritize assigned account inventory to ensure maximum productivity
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations
- Work on an auto dialer for the full shift, making and receiving continuous calls
- Document all collection activity accurately and promptly (minimum typing speed: 30 WPM)
- Maintain organized records and respond quickly to verbal and written communications
- Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance work environment
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation processes
- Ability to maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
