Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Phone-based role with continuous inbound and outbound calls
What You’ll Do
- Recover medical debt while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
- Handle inbound and outbound calls via auto dialer for the full shift
- Document all collection activity accurately and organize account records
- Uphold compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, and all state/federal regulations
- Maximize productivity by managing assigned account inventory effectively
- Maintain quality standards in every patient interaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (must be able to communicate effectively with patients in Spanish)
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
