Schedule & Pay
- Fully remote role, Monday–Friday
- Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
- Pay: $14.50–$17.50/hour
What You’ll Do
- Recover outstanding medical debt while maintaining professionalism and compliance
- Manage assigned account inventory with accuracy and integrity
- Place and receive continuous calls on an auto dialer throughout the shift
- Document all collection activity and maintain organized account records
- Respond quickly to verbal and written inquiries from patients and stakeholders
- Maximize productivity while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) – must be able to communicate effectively with patients in both languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged computer use in a remote environment
- Ability to sit at a desk for 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
