Schedule
- Full-time, remote role with less than 10% travel for training
- Candidates must be based in Central or Eastern time zones
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to caregivers to schedule patients who have completed evaluations but have not yet started treatment
- Explain treatment, insurance, and funding options in clear, supportive terms
- Answer caregiver questions, identify concerns, and provide solutions to move treatment forward
- Communicate Cranial Technologies’ unique benefits compared to competitors
- Address and overcome objections with empathy and professionalism
What You Need
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous sales or marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (orthodontics, dental, plastic surgery, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, professional, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
