Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Start Date: 12/01/25
  • Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM CST
  • One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound B2C calls (no cold calling)
  • Communicate fluently in Spanish and English
  • Guide customers through interlock setup and pricing
  • Collect initial lease payments and upsell relevant products
  • Listen, problem-solve, and provide accurate support
  • Maintain follow-up and document interactions

What You Need

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
  • 1+ year inbound sales or commission-based retail experience
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to type 30 WPM and use Microsoft Office
  • Goal-driven, coachable, and self-motivated
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must reside in the United States
