Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media in both English and Spanish
  • Address healthcare-related inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Process service requests, payments, and account updates
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer concerns
  • Document all interactions accurately for reporting and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Reliable high-speed internet: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Quiet, private workspace free from distractions
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
