- Full-time, remote role
- Pay: $18/hr
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) required
- Hiring in: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Home internet required: DSL or Cable (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum, no satellite or wireless)

What You’ll Do
- Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with healthcare product and service concerns
- Document call details for reporting and compliance
- Update and maintain customer information
- Introduce or upsell enhanced services when appropriate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Verified bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused
