Schedule
- Full-time, remote work from home
- Outbound calling role (enrollment and reauthorization)
- One-day required travel to New York City for a 4-hour training session
- Travel is company-arranged and covered
- Must be able to fly by air

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to enroll members into the food box program or reauthorize them into the program
- Explain the program clearly and help members make decisions that support their healthcare journey
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication while meeting daily schedule expectations
- Follow established processes and performance standards in a production-based environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated caring, compassion, and patient-centered mindset
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to provide required home equipment (2 x 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports)
- Ability to travel to NYC for 1 day for training (company-covered; air travel required)
