Pay: $30 – $60/hour (base + uncapped commission) | Schedule: Mon–Fri 11 AM – 7:30 PM CT + 1 weekend day every 4th week | Full-Time

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 7:30 PM CT
  • One Saturday or Sunday shift every 4th week
  • Remote (must reside in the U.S.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to prospective customers (no cold calling).
  • Listen carefully to customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate pricing, collect initial lease payments, and upsell additional products.
  • Follow up with customers promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year of inbound sales or commission-based retail sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; minimum 30 WPM typing speed.
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven sales professional.
