Schedule
Remote, full-time role. Home internet required (minimum 20 mbps download / 10 mbps upload). Must be able to meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction expectations while working from home.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound patient calls about medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options
- Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans in a clear, compassionate way
- Document interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems
- Collaborate with other Zotec teams to resolve patient concerns
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies at all times
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Home internet meeting minimum speed requirements (20 mbps down / 10 mbps up)
- Experience in a call center or customer-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
