What You’ll Do
- Answer high-volume customer calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, services, and urgent lockouts
- Provide empathetic, professional service to every caller
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies
- Resolve issues effectively, turning frustrations into positive outcomes
- Document interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately
What You Need
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of call center or equivalent customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs a plus
- Reliable WiFi connection (50MBPS dedicated bandwidth minimum)
