Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer high-volume customer calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, services, and urgent lockouts
  • Provide empathetic, professional service to every caller
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company policies
  • Resolve issues effectively, turning frustrations into positive outcomes
  • Document interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately

What You Need

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ year of call center or equivalent customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs a plus
  • Reliable WiFi connection (50MBPS dedicated bandwidth minimum)
