Schedule

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, services, and general support
- Handle lockout situations with empathy and urgency, providing fast, safe, and reliable solutions
- Maintain professionalism while building rapport with every customer interaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and changes through team updates
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in company systems
- Turn frustrated callers into repeat customers by resolving problems quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of call center or equivalent customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle high call/email volume and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs preferred
- Dedicated high-speed internet (50 Mbps bandwidth minimum for work use)
