Schedule

  • Remote (U.S. only)
  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Evenings & weekends possible; must be able to work as late as 9PM EST
  • Paid, fully virtual training

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Answer questions, solve concerns, and follow up on customer needs
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain service quality
  • Participate in projects and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Deliver a positive experience — customers should feel your patience and care

No cold-calling or sales. Strictly customer support.


What You Need

  • Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience (call center, banking, or insurance preferred)
  • Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable internet (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred:

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Prior remote work experience
