- High-volume outbound/inbound client calls
Responsibilities
- Manage overdue accounts by contacting clients and identifying solutions to bring loans current
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and compliance to company policies
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of delinquent accounts and resolution status
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department-wide targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales or telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in demeanor
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
