Schedule

Responsibilities
- Increase collection of outstanding payments in the personal finance department
- Identify overdue accounts and work with customers to bring loans current
- Meet and maintain set collection and metric targets
- Make outbound and inbound calls to resolve debts in line with company policies
- Keep accurate records of account statuses and communication
- Collaborate with team members to meet department objectives
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in credit and collections
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and persuasion
- Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Professional demeanor
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
