Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position

Responsibilities

  • Increase collection of outstanding payments in the personal finance department
  • Identify overdue accounts and work with customers to bring loans current
  • Meet and maintain set collection and metric targets
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to resolve debts in line with company policies
  • Keep accurate records of account statuses and communication
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department objectives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in credit and collections
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and persuasion
  • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Professional demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
